Understanding Through Four Simple Pillars: Thinking, Feeling, Speaking, and Doing
The Law of Attraction is often summarized as “like attracts like.” But a deeper truth is this: that which I am, I attract. It’s not just about what you want. It’s about what you are being.
What you think, feel, speak, and do sends a constant signal to the universe, drawing experiences that match it. When all four parts of you are aligned, life flows. When they’re misaligned, you feel stuck, frustrated, or out of sync. Let’s explore each one.
1. I Am Thinking
Your thoughts are the architects of your inner world. Every idea, belief, and inner dialogue creates a frequency.
Tool: Conscious Thought Shifting
Start by noticing your thoughts without judgment. Ask:
“Does this thought reflect the life I’m creating?”
“Is this thought rooted in fear or faith?”
If a thought doesn’t serve you, don’t resist it. Gently redirect. For example:
“I never have enough” becomes “I am open to more than enough.”
“This always goes wrong” becomes “I trust everything is unfolding in my favor.”
You don’t have to lie to yourself. You just have to choose a thought that feels a little more open.
2. I Am Feeling
Feelings are the fuel behind your thoughts. They carry magnetic power. You can think positively, but if you feel stuck, the universe responds to the emotion.
Tool: Emotional Alchemy
Sit with your feelings. Instead of pushing them away, name them: “This is sadness.” “This is fear.”
Then ask: “What does this feeling want me to know?”Once acknowledged, shift toward what you want to feel. You can do this through movement, music, nature, breath, or even smiling on purpose.
One powerful practice: Gratitude. Feel into gratitude not for what’s missing, but what’s already here. That’s the fastest energetic upgrade, shifting from focusing on lack to focusing on being grateful for what you have.
3. I Am Speaking
Words are creative tools. What you say out loud reinforces your identity and sends signals to your subconscious and the world around you.
Tool: Word Awareness Practice
Catch yourself when you say things like:
“I’m always broke.”
“I’m terrible at relationships.”
“I can’t…”
Replace them with conscious affirmations that reflect who you are becoming:
“I’m learning to manage abundance with ease.”
“I’m calling in healthy, loving relationships.”
“I’m becoming more confident every day.”
Place your energy on that which you want, not on the things you do not want. Your words are direct inputs into the creation of your future reality. You may think you are comforting someone else, getting them to laugh or feel like they are not alone when you self-deprecate. However, you are only hurting yourself. You speak into reality an outcome you do not wish to experience. You also paint an image of yourself in the other person's mind. Now their creation of you reinforces what you said.
Focus your energy instead on helping the other person come to acceptance with where they are right now and find one step that can be taken to rise above.
4. I Am Doing
Action grounds intention into reality. The Law of Attraction isn’t passive. What you do proves what you believe.
Tool: Aligned Action Check-In
Each day, ask yourself:
“What small step can I take today that aligns with who I’m becoming?”
“Does this action support my expansion, or my fear?”
Sometimes, aligned action looks like working on your business. Other times, it’s resting because you trust it’s all working out. The key is not hustle—it’s harmony.
Final Thoughts: Be the Signal
When your thinking, feeling, speaking, and doing are in alignment, your whole being becomes a clear signal. You don’t just ask the universe—you become the answer.
You are not here to chase. You are here to align.
So, remember: You attract what you are, not what you want. Become what you desire—and it must find its way to you.
