Information you provide

When you place an order, create an account, submit a form or contact us, we receive the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, billing details, order information and support messages. If you use other services on the website, we receive the details you submit for those services. Please do not send payment-card details or completed personal workbook responses by email or through our contact form.

Orders and workbook downloads

We use order and contact information to process purchases, confirm payments, provide download access, resolve file problems and answer support requests. Our shop uses Wix and connected payment providers to support these activities. A workbook downloaded and completed on your device does not need to be submitted to us; we do not ask for your answers to provide routine download support.

Accounts and communications

We use account details to provide the features you choose to use. Order confirmations, download messages and support replies relate to your purchase or request. Workbook purchases do not by themselves subscribe you to our newsletter. If you sign up through our planner and newsletter form, MailerLite processes your email address to manage your subscription and send the requested resources and marketing emails. The form uses an email confirmation step. You can follow the unsubscribe link in a marketing email and complete the confirmation shown, or email angelicwayfinder@gmail.com to request that marketing messages stop. This does not prevent necessary order or support messages.

Email activity measurement

We use MailerLite reports to measure email delivery, opens, link clicks and unsubscribes. Open measurement uses a small image in the message; links may include tracking information. Reports may also include technical details such as email-client information and general location. Wix transaction emails may also include delivery and engagement measurement. Use your email application's controls to manage remote images and follow the unsubscribe link to stop marketing messages. Blocking images may limit open measurement but does not necessarily prevent link-click measurement.

Website technology and cookies

Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix uses cookies and similar technologies for security, sessions, remembering choices and operating and measuring its platform. We also use Google Analytics to understand website activity, such as pages viewed, device and browser information and general location. Google Analytics can use cookies and browser identifiers. Embedded signup forms load MailerLite services, which may process device, usage and signup-related information. Service providers and other disclosures

We use Wix for website, account, store and transaction-related functions; connected payment providers for payments; Google Analytics for website measurement; and MailerLite for planner signup, newsletter delivery and email automation. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including providing purchases and support, maintaining transaction records, handling disputes and meeting applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the services used. An unsubscribe request stops marketing messages; it does not necessarily delete order records or the limited information needed to honor that request. Your requests

Links to Amazon, social networks or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information. Amazon book purchases are processed by Amazon rather than the Wayfinding Wares checkout.
